Shari Lee, M.S., Movement Therapist, brings a rich background of 25 years as an outdoor educator, wilderness guide, ski, windsurfing and kayak instructor, personal trainer and rehabilitation counselor to her FELDENKRAIS® Practice. She teaches and coaches others to develop athletic and recreational skills, guides wilderness trips in Alaska’s backcountry and helps many recover from pain and injury to achieve healthier, fuller, more active lives.

Shari develops injury prevention and employee wellness programs, facilitates earlier return to work, proper biomechanics for injury prevention, and provides ergonomic assessment with effective training in self-use for work tasks. She offers palliative care training & mentoring, specializing in applications with Alaska Native Elders, their families and village health care teams. Shari is a featured presenter at conferences with themes that range from medical to musical, staff development to athletic performance.
